摘要
全球人工智能的发展日新月异,给人类生活带来了巨大变革。在整形外科领域,已有很多人工智能技术处于研发或应用阶段。为促进人工智能在整形外科领域的可持续发展,结合具有代表性的整形外科人工智能技术,阐述了整形外科人工智能在“美容整形的认识与应用、隐私保护、责任厘定”三方面的伦理思考,并提出以下建议:合理认识美容整形并坚持人道主义应用、重视数据的隐私保护与信息安全、明确人工智能使用过程中的责任厘定,以使人工智能更安全、有效、公平地惠及更多的人。
The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence(AI)has brought tremendous changes to human life.There are many AI technologies being developed or applied in plastic surgery.In order to promote the sustainable development of AI in the plastic surgery field,combining with representative AI technologies in plastic surgery,this paper analyzes and expounds the three aspects ethical concerns of AI in plastic surgery“understanding and application of plastic surgery,privacy protection and responsibility determination”,and puts forward the following suggestions:Attention should be paid on proper cognition and humanitarian persistent application of cosmetic plastic surgery,data privacy protection and information security,and define the responsibilities in the use of AI,so that AI can benefit more people more safely,effectively and fairly.
