摘要
下颌角肥大截骨整形术口内入路是主流的手术方式,截骨的方法有下颌角直线截骨、多次直线截骨、弧形截骨与下颌骨外板矢状劈开截骨等。由于手术在狭窄的视野内完成,会发生血管损伤、神经损伤、髁突骨折、第二下颌角等并发症,术者要具备良好的美学观点,科学评估,微创操作,提高手术成功率。该文综述了下颌角肥大截骨整形的术式选择与并发症的处理。
This paper reviews the selection of surgical method and the treatment of complications of osteotomy for mandibular angle hypertrophy intraoral approach is the mainstream surgical method.The osteotomy method include straight line osteotomy of mandibular angle,multiple straight line osteotomy,arc osteotomy and sagittal split osteotomy of mandibular outer plate.Because the operation is completed in a narrow field of vision,there are still complications such as vascular injury,nerve injury,condylar fracture,second mandibular angle and so on.It requires the surgeon to have a good aesthetic point of view,scientific evaluation,minimally invasive operation,and improve the success rate of operation.
