摘要
目的观察在小儿肺炎雾化吸入治疗中应用系统化护理措施的干预效果。方法选取2018年10月—2019年10月医院收治的200例小儿肺炎患儿,所选患儿均进行布地奈德雾化混悬液雾化吸入治疗,并将其随机分组研究,对照组(100例)患儿行以常规护理,研究组(100例)患儿行以系统化护理,对照分析两组护理效果。结果从临床症状消失时间来看,研究组咳嗽、肺部炎症、肺部啰音、憋喘、发热等症状消失时间均早于对照组(P <0.05);研究组住院时间比对照组短(P <0.05);从护理依从性来看,研究组总依从率高于对照组,从护理满意度上来看,研究组总护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在小儿肺炎雾化吸入治疗中应用系统化护理措施效果确切,可以促进临床症状改善,提高护理依从性以及满意度。
Objective To observe the intervention effect of systematic nursing measures in atomization inhalation treatment of infantile pneumonia. Methods From October 2018 to October 2019, our hospital 200 cases of pediatric pneumonia in children, children are selected for budesonide atomization suspension liquid atomization inhalation therapy, and randomized study, the control group(100 cases) with line with routine nursing care, research group(100 cases) with line with systematic nursing, nursing effect contrast analysis of two groups. Results From the perspective of clinical symptom disappearance time, cough, pulmonary inflammation, lung rales, wheeze, fever and other symptoms disappeared in the study group earlier than the control group(P < 0.05). The hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.05). In terms of nursing compliance, the overall compliance rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). In terms of nursing satisfaction, the total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of systematic nursing measures in the treatment of atomization inhalation of pneumonia in children has a definite effect, which can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms, improve nursing compliance and satisfaction, with significant clinical value.
