摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在雾化戏如治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘中的应用价值。方法将咳嗽变异性哮喘患者140例分为两组,分别给予常规护理(对照组70例)以及舒适护理(观察组70例),评估两组患者症状消失时间与护理满意度。结果观察组患者喘息消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能促使雾化吸入治疗的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者症状快速消失,提升患者护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of comfort care in the treatment of cough variant asthma. Methods The cough variant asthma patients were divided into two groups, 140 were given routine care（control group, 70 cases） and comfort care（observation group, 70 cases）, two groups of patients with symptoms disappear time and nursing satisfaction. Results The patients in the observation group were wheezing disappearance time, cough disappearance time, pulmonary rales disappeared time, hospitalization time was shorter than the control group（P0.05）.The patient care satisfaction was higher than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Comfort care can promote the treatment of cough variant asthma cough variant asthma symptoms quickly disappear, improve patient care satisfaction.
