摘要
目的探究腹部外科手术护理复合保温措施的应用。方法选取2017年5月—2019年5月到我院接受腹部外科手术的患者106例,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规保温护理,观察组采用复合保温措施,考察患者的体温波动、不良反应发生情况和麻醉复苏时间。结果观察组患者体温波动明显小于对照组,观察组患者寒战和低体温的发生率显著低于对照组,观察组麻醉复苏时间明显短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论腹部外科手术护理复合保温措施的应用可以有效保持患者体温稳定,减少寒战和低体温等不良反应的出现,缩短麻醉复苏时间,加快患者康复进程。
Objective Explore the application of composite thermal insulation measures for abdominal surgery. Methods From May 2017 to May 2019, 106 patients who underwent abdominal surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine intensive care, and the observation group used composite thermal insulation measures to investigate the patient’s temperature fluctuations and adverse reactions. Occurrence and time of anesthesia recovery. Results The body temperature fluctuation of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The incidence of chills and hypothermia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The anesthesia recovery time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of composite thermal insulation measures for abdominal surgery can effectively maintain the patient’s temperature stability, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions such as chills and hypothermia, shorten the recovery time of anesthesia, and accelerate the recovery process.
