翻转课堂在骨科实习护生带教查房中的应用

摘要 目的探究翻转课堂在骨科实习护生带教查房中的应用效果。方法选择2018年9月—2019年4月于医院骨科实习的护生48名,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各24名。对照组采用常规带教流程,在此基础上,观察组实施翻转课堂。比较两组学习能力及临床能力。结果干预后观察组学习能力(18.12±1.01)分、自我管理能力(17.29±1.08)分、合作能力(19.02±0.86)分、沟通协作能力(17.21±1.09)分、信息检索能力(17.49±1.07)分,均高于对照组的(16.72±1.05)分、(15.63±1.18)分、(17.42±1.03)分、(15.48±1.23)分、(16.57±1.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预后观察组专科理论(92.51±5.72)分、操作考核(84.68±5.29)分,均高于对照组的(87.64±5.54)分、(79.74±5.02)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论翻转课堂可有效提高骨科实习护生临床学习能力,提升其理论及操作能力,尽快适应实习及日后的工作岗位。 Objective To explore the application effect of flip classroom in teaching ward rounds for orthopedic interns. Methods From September 2018 to April 2019,48 nursing students in orthopaedic practice of our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method, 24 in each group. The control group adopted the routine teaching process, and on this basis, the observation group implemented the flip classroom. The learning ability and clinical ability of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the learning ability(18.12±1.01), self-management ability(17.29±1.08), cooperation ability(19.02±0.86), communication and cooperation ability(17.21±1.09), information retrieval ability(17.49±1.07) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(16.72±1.05),(15.63±1.18) and(17.42±1.03) scores,(15.48±1.23) scores,(16.57±1.12) scores, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);after the intervention, the scores of specialist theory(92.51±5.72) and operation assessment(84.68±5.29) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(87.64±5.54) and(79.74±5.02), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Flipping classroom can effectively improve the clinical learning ability of orthopaedic interns, enhance their theoretical and operational abilities, and adapt to internship and future jobs as soon as possible.
