PBL联合PDCA教学法在护理带教中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的浅析问题导向学习法(PBL)结合PDCA循环法在肿瘤内科护理带教中的实际教学价值。方法纳入所在单位2018年11月—2019年12月间肿瘤内科护理实习生40例作研究样本,采用随机数字表法分组,取其中20例为对照组,施行传统临床带教模式;另20例为试验组,施行PBL教学法结合PDCA循环法带教模式。比较两组系统带教后的知识掌握水平、综合能力及带教满意度情况。结果试验组专业理论知识、实践操作技能得分高于对照组,沟通能力、动手能力、自学能力、评判能力、团队合作能力、解决问题能力得分高于对照组,带教满意度(100%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤内科护理带教中应用PBL联合PDCA联合教学模式,可有效提升肿瘤内科护理实习生知识掌握水平,强化其综合工作能力,带教满意度高,带教质量优势显著。 Objective To analyze the practical value of PBL(problem-based learning) and PDCA(plan, do, check, act) mode on nursing education of medical oncology students. Methods From November 2018 to December 2019, 40 nursing interns were randomly assigned to control group(n=20, conventional education mode) and test group(n=20, PBL and PDCA mode). Knowledge mastery levels, comprehensive ability and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The assessment scores of professional theory knowledge, practical skills, communication skill, practical ability, self-study ability, critical thinking, team-work ability and problem-solving ability scores in the test group were higher than control group;clinical satisfaction in the test group(100%) was higher than control group(75.00%)(P<0.05). Conclusion PBL and PDCA cycle mode can efficiently improve the nursing intern’s knowledge mastery level, comprehensive ability and clinical satisfaction. It is of great importance in clinical education.
