摘要
目的探讨阶梯式教学法在ICU临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法选择2017年9月—2019年9月于医院ICU实习的84名护生作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组应用传统带教方法,观察组应用阶梯式教学法,对比两组护生的护理带教效果。结果观察组护生的基础护理知识、护理操作水平、仪器设施操作水平以及护理查房水平得分均要明显比对照组高(P <0.05);观察组护生护理带教满意度是97.6%,对照组是83.3%,观察组满意度要比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论阶梯式教学法在ICU临床护理带教中具有显著应用效果,可明显提高护理带教质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of step teaching method in clinical nursing teaching in ICU. Methods From September 2017 to September 2019,84 nursing students who practiced in ICU of our hospital were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The traditional teaching method was used in the control group, and the ladder teaching method was used in the observation group to compare the effect of nursing teaching between the two groups. Results The scores of basic nursing knowledge, nursing operation level, operation level of instruments and facilities, and nursing rounds of nursing students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05);the satisfaction of nursing teaching in the observation group was 97.6%, 83.3% in the control group, and the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The step teaching method has a significant effect in clinical nursing teaching in ICU, which can significantly improve the quality of nursing teaching.
