摘要
目的:观察通魂逆心汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称"冠心病")稳定型心绞痛血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:选取120例冠心病稳定型心绞痛血瘀证患者,随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例)。治疗组给予通魂逆心汤+常规西医方案,对照组给予安慰剂+常规西医方案,两组疗程均为3个月。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候疗效、西医症状疗效(西雅图心绞痛量表)、6分钟步行距离、心电图负荷试验、动脉粥样硬化高危因素(血脂)、生活质量调查表(SF-36)等指标的变化。结果:①两组患者治疗后中医证候疗效、西医症状疗效、6分钟步行距离、心电图负荷试验、血脂、SF-36评分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05)。②治疗后,治疗组中医证候疗效、西医症状疗效、6分钟步行距离、心电图负荷试验、血脂、SF-36评分改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通魂逆心汤治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛血瘀证疗效确切,可显著降低中医证候积分、血脂水平,提高西雅图心绞痛量表评分、生活质量评分、6分钟步行距离。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tonghun Niixin Decoction in treating coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(hereinafter referred to as"coronary heart disease")and stable angina pectoris.Methods:120 patients with stable angina pectoris and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).The treatment group was given Tonghun Niixin Decoction+conventional Western medicine regimen,and the control group was given placebo+conventional Western medicine regimen.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Comparing the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the efficacy of Western medicine symptoms(Seattle Angina Scale),6-minute walking distance,electrocardiogram load test,high-risk factors for atherosclerosis(blood lipid),quality of life questionnaire(SF-36),etc.Changes in indicators.Results:①The efficacy of TCM syndromes,the efficacy of Western medicine symptoms,6-minute walking distance,electrocardiogram load test,blood lipids,and SF-36 scores were significantly improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).②After treatment,the treatment group′s TCM syndrome effect,Western medicine symptom effect,6-minute walking distance,electrocardiogram load test,blood lipid,and SF-36 score improvement were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongling Niixin Decoction is effective in treating coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris and blood stasis syndrome,which can significantly reduce TCM syndrome scores and blood lipid levels,improve Seattle Angina Pectoris Scale score,quality of life score,and 6-minute walking distance.
