摘要
在疫情防控中,世界各国人权保障都面临着普遍性难题。中国共产党部署了保障人权的战略,建立了保障人权的中央集中统一领导体制,运用各种措施保障生命健康权、基本生活水准权、对疫情的知情权、工作权及弱势群体权利等,协调疫情防控中各项人权保障之间的冲突,取得了全国疫情防控阻击战重大战略成果,有效地保障了人民群众的各项基本权利。中国共产党之所以取得成功,最根本的原因在于:中国共产党是把为人民谋幸福、为民族谋复兴、为人类谋发展作为奋斗目标的政党,是疫情防控中人权保障的根本保证与坚实后盾。
Globally, human rights protection is facing a universal problem in epidemic prevention and control. During COVID-19, the Communist Party of China(CPC) has deployed a strategy of protecting human rights, established the centralized and unified leadership system to protect human rights, adopted various measures to protect the rights to life and health, the rights to a basic standard of living, the rights to information concerning the epidemic, the rights to work,as well as the rights of the disadvantaged among others. The CPC has coordinated the conflict between human rights protection and achieved major strategic results, also it has protected the basic rights of the people effectively in the epidemic prevention and control campaign. The cardinal reasons for the CPC’s success lie in the following: the CPC strives for the people’s happiness, national rejuvenation and the common development of humankind. Therefore, it provides a fundamental guarantee and solid backing for human rights protection in the epidemic prevention and control campaign.
