摘要
为了探讨具有反馈调控时滞的基因调控网络(Genetic Regulatory Network, GRNs)在均方根意义下的全局指数稳定性,将时滞假设为随机和时变的,且其概率分布是先验已知的。通过采用时滞的概率分布信息,利用辅助时滞参数的Lyapunov函数、以及稀疏矩阵和LMI技术,得出具有时变时滞反馈调控的确定性和不确定性的基因调控网络指数稳定性的判据。最后运用MATLAB中的两个工具箱LMI和Simulink对实例进行仿真,所得结果验证了所提理论的正确性。
In order to investigate the global exponential stability of the gene regulatory networks(GRNs) with feedback control delay in the sense of mean square, the time delay is assumed to be random and time variant, and its probability distribution information is also assumed to be a priori. Under these kinds of assumptions, the criteria of exponential stability for certain and uncertain gene regulatory networks with time-varying delay feedback control was then made possible, where probability distribution information of the time delay, together with the Lyapunov function under auxiliary delay parameter, as well as the sparse matrix and LMI techniques, were collectively employed to do so. Finally, the correctness of the theory is illustrated by two simulated numerical examples through two tool boxes of LMI and Simulink in MATLAB.
