摘要
中国特色社会主义先行示范区建设,要求深圳探索具有较强借鉴性和复制性的发展道路,这对深圳提出了与传统城市空间成本持续上涨、产业结构一路向虚、利益分配一家独大、完全依靠后发优势的发展道路截然不同的四个要求。建议在现有发展基础上,给予深圳在政治体制改革、经济体制改革、发展空间改革、公共产品供给改革等方面更多的政策支撑。
The construction of the pilot demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics requires Shenzhen to explore a development path with strong reference and replication.This proposes Shenzhen with the traditional city space costs keep rising,the industrial structure the way virtual,interest distribution dominance,distinct advantages depend entirely on the road of development of the four requirements.It is suggested that on the basis of the current development,more policy support should be given to Shenzhen in political system reform,economic system reform,development space reform,public goods supply reform and other aspects.
