摘要
建设适应新工科发展的教师队伍,是深化教育改革不可回避的问题,"双师"队伍建设为重中之重。应对新工科"双师"队伍建设目标、内容、路径、体制机制等新诉求,要明确"双师"队伍分层分类发展目标,构建"双师"教师评价体系和培养体系,探索校企双向交流机制和跨界发展的新思路。
At present,the education reform is deepening.In this trend,it has become an unavoidable problem on how to form a teaching staff that can fit for the development of emerging engineering education.The construction of"double mentor"scheme is of great significance.To meet the new demands of"double mentor"scheme construction,including its goal,content,path,system and mechanism,posed by emerging engineering,engineering universities need to make the hierarchical and classified development goals clear,build evaluation and training system of the"double mentor"scheme,and explore schools-enterprises exchange mechanism and new ideas for interdisciplinary development.
