摘要
目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)的表达水平与剖宫产术后子宫憩室严重程度的相关性。方法:收集2017年6月~2019年6月于上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院行经阴道子宫憩室修补患者的子宫憩室部位组织。根据子宫憩室处残余肌层厚度(TRM)将患者分为轻度组(TRM≥2.5mm)(n=25)和重度组(TRM<2.5mm)(n=30),检测其MMP-9和TIMP-1的表达水平。结果:与轻度组相比,重度组患者憩室组织中MMP-9的表达水平显著降低(P<0.05),TIMP-1的表达水平显著增加(P<0.05),MMP-9/TIMP-1比值明显减小(P<0.05),且与患者术前月经延长时间、憩室宽度和TRM相关。结论:MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达水平与憩室严重程度相关,其表达失衡可能是憩室形成的潜在分子生物学机制。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1)and the severity of cesarean section diverticula.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2019,the tissue of cesarean section diverticula was collected during the transvaginal repair of uterine incision diverticulum.According to the residual myometrial thickness(TRM)of CSD,the patients were divided into mild group(TRM≥2.5mm)(n=25)and severe group(TRM<2.5mm)(n=30).The expression levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were measured.Results:Compared with the mild group,the expression level of MMP-9 in the severe group was significantly lower(P<0.05)and the expression level of TIMP-1 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ratio of MMP-9/TIMP-1 was significantly reduced(P<0.05),which was related to the prolongation of menstruation,diverticulum width and TRM.Conclusion:The expression level of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 is related to the severity of diverticulum,and the imbalance of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 may be the potential molecular mechanism of diverticulum formation.
