摘要 在大跨度厂房及设备安装过程中,为了有效保证安装及移动精度,安装定位过程中一般使用高精度自动化设备。基于模糊控制策略,设计了一种智能双向匀速液压滑移系统。介绍了这一液压滑移系统的结构与运动原理,对液压缸进行了受力分析与选型,对夹轨反力支座进行了介绍,并对系统中所应用的液压控制回路和双液压缸控制策略进行了设计。通过仿真确认这一新型智能双向匀速液压滑移系统具备自适应智能化调控能力,可以在滑移过程中保证移动的平稳性、连续性及定位精度,满足工厂安装及设备移动的精度要求。 In the installation process of large span workshop and equipment,in order to effectively ensure the installation and movement accuracy,high precision automated equipment is generally used during installation and positioning.Based on the fuzzy control strategy,an intelligent two way hydraulic sliding system with uniform speed was designed.The structure and motion principle of this hydraulic sliding system were introduced,the stress analysis and type selection of the hydraulic cylinder were carried out,the reaction support of the clamping rail was introduced,and the hydraulic control circuit and dual cylinder control strategy applied in the system were designed.Through simulation,it is confirmed that this new intelligent two way hydraulic sliding system with uniform speed has adaptive intelligent control capabilities,which can ensure the smoothness,continuity and positioning accuracy of all movements during the sliding process to meet the accuracy requirements of factory installation and equipment movement.
