摘要
考察了抗菌剂PT430用量对PVC抗菌地板性能的影响。结果表明:①少量的抗菌剂PT430对试样的常规性能、耐热性能、耐磨性能等基本无影响,各项性能均满足GB/T 34440-2017的要求;②当抗菌剂PT430的用量为0.4%时,试样的抗菌率达到99.7%,可满足日常使用需求。
The effects of the amount of antibacterial agent PT430 on the properties of PVC antibacterial flooring was investigated.The results showed that small amount of antibacterial agent PT430 had little effect on the conventional properties,heat resistance and wear resistance of the samples,and all properties met the requirements of G B/T 34440-2017.When the amount of antibacterial agent PT430 was 0.4%,the antibacterial rate of the sample reached 99.7%,which could meet the needs in daily use.
