摘要
在自沉吸附聚氯乙烯(PVC)复合地板材料工业配方的基础上进行设计和改进,通过增加超细CaCO3的用量及用环氧大豆油(ESO)部分替代增塑剂,达到降低生产成本、提高产品综合性能的目的。研究结果表明:当超细CaCO3用量为30份、ESO用量为10份时,PVC体系的综合性能良好;加入1份的聚丙烯酸酯(ACR),可明显改善PVC体系的加工性能。
The design and improvement based on the formula of the self-deposit adsorption PVC floor was carried on. With the increasing of the super-fine CaCO3 powder and epoxidized soybean oil part of the alternative plasticizers, the comprehensive properties of the product were improved and the productivity cost was reduced. The results show that: when the addition of super-fine CaCO3 powder is 30 phr, ESO is 10 phr, the comprehensive properties of the PVC system is optimal; the processing performance of PVC system improves with the addition of 1 phr ACR.
