摘要
目的探讨行动研究法在神经外科护士床旁交接班质量改进中的应用效果。方法2018年7月至12月在神经外科采用行动研究法,针对护士床旁交接班过程中的问题,通过“计划-行动-观察-反思”循环,完成两个阶段的质量改进,比较实施前后护士床旁交接班合格率、护士满意度和患者满意度。结果行动研究法第2阶段结束时护士床旁交接班合格率、护士满意度、患者满意度显著提高,与实施前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论行动研究法应用于神经外科护士床旁交接班质量改进,可显著提高护士床旁交接班质量,提高护士满意度和患者满意度,确保护理工作的连续性,保证患者安全。
Objective To explore the effect of action research method on improving quality of nursing bedside-shift in department of neurosurgery.Methods The action research method was adopted in neurosurgical department from July to December 2018.According to the problems investigated in the process of nursing bedside-shift,the quality improvement of the two stages was completed through the cycle of"plan-action-observation-reflection".The pass rate of nursing bedside-shift,nurse and patient satisfactionwere compared before and after.Results By the end of the second stage,the pass rate of nursing bedside-shift,nurse satisfaction and patient satisfaction were significantly improved(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The application of action research method can significantly improve the quality of nursing bedside-shift in department of neurosurgery,and enhance nurse and patient satisfaction,to ensure the continuety of nursing work and safety of patients.
