摘要
研究了充氮气调对密封薄片原料垛内烟草甲(Lasioderma serricorne)成虫和幼虫的防治效果,同时研究了机械充氮调控在薄片养护上的应用。结果表明,在一定技术条件下,密封烟垛内氧气浓度小于2%并持续45 d,烟垛内的烟草甲成虫和幼虫死亡率均能达到100%;机械充氮调控垛位对薄片原料的含水率有明显的调节功能,试验货垛未见霉变、碳化。
The effect of nitrogen-filled on the control of adult and larvae of the thin slice raw material Lasioderma serricorne was studied.At the same time,the application of mechanical nitrogen-filling regulation in wafer curing was studied.The results showed that under certain technical conditions,the oxygen concentration in the sealed soot was less than 2% for 45 days,and the mortality of tobacco adults and larvae in the tobacco could reach 100%.The mechanical nitrogen filling regulates the water content of the thin slice raw material.The mechanical nitrogen filling control had obvious function to adjust the moisture content of sheet material,and the test cargo had no mildew or carbonization.
