摘要
茴鱼属Thymallus鱼类主要分布于欧洲、北美洲及亚洲北部,是渔业价值较高的珍稀名贵冷水性鱼类。本文通过综述茴鱼属鱼类分类学地位、分类及命名的混乱、分子系统发育学等的研究现状以及保护遗传学研究进展,分析当前茴鱼遗传学研究存在的问题,提出解决途径,为该属鱼类的深入研究和自然资源保护提供参考。
Grayling in genus Thymallus,as a famous precious and cold-water fish with commercial value,are mainly distributed in Europe,Northern America and Northern Asia.The research progress on taxonomic status,confusion of classification and nomenclature of the genus,advances in molecular phylogenetics and conservation genetics of grayling Thymallus fishes are reviewed,and the problems of the present studies of genetics in grayling are discussed.The solving approaches are suggested in order to provide guidance to the further research in grayling to protect their natural resources.
