摘要
任何企业的发展都离不开人力资源的支撑,因此,在充分考虑行业发展特点和企业自身实际情况的前提下,注重对人力资源规划的相关问题进行探究便有不可忽视的作用意义。本文将主要阐述国内旅游饭店企业进行人力资源规划的缘由、现阶段存在的人力资源规划问题,以及做好人力资源规划的建议。
No enterprise can develop well without the human resources. It is of great significance to study human resources planning with the consideration of the characteristics of the industry and the actual situation of the enterprise. This paper mainly explains the reasons for the human resource planning of domestic tourist hotels, and finds out the existing problems at present, and put forward suggestions on how to do human resource planning.
