摘要
建立了常见农药制剂产品中92种非法添加成分的HPLC-DAD快速筛查方法。对农药样品甲醇提取后,采用0.1%磷酸溶液和甲醇-乙腈(质量比50:50)流动相体系,梯度洗脱方式进行分析。92种非法添加成分根据保留时间和DAD光谱图可以实现完全分离,以保留时间和DAD光谱图为参数建立数据库。该方法可以快速准确对92种非法添加成分进行筛查。
An analytical method was established for rapid screening of 92 illegally added ingredients in pesticide formulations by HPLC-DAD.The pesticide samples was extracted by methanol,and detected with the mobile phase comprising of 0.1% phosphoric acid solution and methanol and acetonitrile(mass ratio=50:50)in a gradient elution manner.All the 92 illegal additions can be identified completely by the retention time and DAD spectrogram.This method is rapid and accurate enough to be used for screening the illegally added ingredients.
