摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声及MSCT检查对肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的临床应用价值。方法选取四川现代医院2018年10月至2019年4月收治的72例肾上腺节细胞神经瘤患者,收集患者临床及影像学资料。将MSCT检查和彩色多普勒超声检查的诊断结果进行讨论和分析;对比经MSCT检查和彩色多普勒超声对肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的诊断准确性、敏感性和特异性。结果经彩色多普勒超声检查对肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性分别为70.83%、73.61%、79.17%,MSCT检查对肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性分别为94.44%、95.83%、97.22%。MSCT检查对肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性明显高于彩色多普勒超声检查,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声和MSCT检查均可有效的显示肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的影像学特点,但MSCT检查鉴别诊断肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的能力显著优于彩色多普勒超声,临床可根据患者个人情况来选择。
Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound and MSCT in the diagnosis of adrenal ganglioneuroma.Methods 72 patients with adrenal ganglioneuroma admitted from October 2018 to April 2019 were enrolled in this study.Clinical and imaging data were collected.The diagnosis results of MSCT examination and color Doppler ultrasound were discussed and analyzed.The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of MSCT and color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of adrenal ganglioneuroma were compared.Results The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of adrenal ganglioneuroma were 70.83%,73.61%,and 79.17%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,and sensitivity of MSCT in the diagnosis of adrenal ganglioneuroma were 94.44%,95.83%,and 97.22%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MSCT examination in the diagnosis of adrenal ganglioneuroma were significantly higher than those of color Doppler ultrasound.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Both color Doppler ultrasound and MSCT examination can effectively show the imaging features of adrenal ganglioneuroma,but the ability of MSCT to identify and diagnose adrenal ganglioneuroma is superior to that of color Doppler ultrasound.In clinic,they can be selected according to the individual’s condition.
