循证医学模式联合PBL教学法在肿瘤内科教学中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探究循证医学模式联合PBL教学法在肿瘤内科教学中的应用效果。方法:将2017年3月-2019年5月在笔者所在医院肿瘤内科学习的62例规培生作为研究对象,随机均分为对照组(31例,常规教学方法)和观察组(31例,循证医学模式+PBL教学法),对比分析两组规培生的理论知识、实践考核成绩及调查问卷评估情况。结果:观察组规培生病史采集、体格检查、病历书写、诊疗方案制定、基础知识、专业知识成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05);规培生学习积极性、循证医学理解、与患者沟通能力、临床问题解决能力评估情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证医学模式+PBL教学法是一种行之有效的肿瘤内科教学方式,值得推广应用。 Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based medicine model combined with PBL teaching method in the teaching of oncology.Method:Sixty-two regular students who studied in the Department of Oncology in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were taken as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(31 cases,conventional teaching method)and the observation group(31 cases,followed by evidence-based medicine model+PBL teaching method),and compared and analyzed the theoretical knowledge,practice assessment results,and questionnaire evaluation of the two groups of students.Result:Observation group collected regular medical history,physical examination,medical record writing,diagnosis and treatment plan formulation,basic knowledge,professional knowledge points were better than the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation of regular training students’enthusiasm for learning,evidence-based medicine understanding,ability to communicate with patients,and evaluation of clinical problem solving ability were were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The evidence-based medicine model+PBL teaching method is an effective teaching method for oncology,and it is worth popularizing and applying.
