摘要
目的探讨PBL+EBM教学模式在住院医师规范化培训中的实施效果。方法将43名住院医师规范化培训学员随机分为实验组(PBL+EBM教学组22人)和对照组(传统教学组21人)。实验组采用PBL的方法对临床病例进行循证分析,对照组采用传统的灌输式教学,以带教老师的临床经验指导学员作病例分析。教学效果评价分为问卷调查和出科考试两部分。用spss16.0统计软件进行统计学分析。结果问卷调查显示,在提升临床思维能力(22/22 vs 15/21)、个人表达能力(18/22 vs 2/21)及提高自学能力(18/22 vs 5/21)、激发专业学习兴趣(15/22 vs 10/21)方面实验组更有优势;出科考试成绩显示,实验组平均成绩高于对照组(86.6±5.21 vs 78.7±3.66),差异有统计学意义。结论 PBL+EBM教学模式适用于住院医师规范化培训,但仍需不断细化和完善。
Objectives To investigate the application effect of Problem-based learning and Evidence-based medicine teaching mode in the training of standardized resident doctors. Methods 43 resident doctors were divided into two groups randomly, the 22 resident doctors in experiment group were received PBL and EBM teaching mode while the 21 in control group were received traditional teaching method. In the experiment group, the PBL method was adopted to conduct evidence-based analysis on the clinical cases, while the control group adopted traditional indoctrination teaching mode and the experience of the teachers were used to guide the students to make analysis on the clinical cases. The evaluation of teaching effect included questionnaires survey and examination, then made statistical analysis with SPSS16.0 software. Results The questionnaires survey indicated that resident doctors in experiment group had more advantages in aspects such as clinical thinking, personal expression, self-study ability improvement and the cultivation of clinical study interests. The examination showed that the average score of experiment group was better than that of control group, which had statistical significance. Conclusions The PBL and EBM teaching mode was applicable in the training of standardized resident doctors, and should be improved and detailed.
