摘要
目的:研究急性白血病护理干预过程中应用健康教育的临床效果和可行性。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年6月-2019年6月收治的80例急性白血病患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上应用健康教育护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理总有效率为82.5%,高于对照组的65.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组健康教育知识掌握度为87.5%,高于对照组的67.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度为97.5%,高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对急性白血病患者的护理过程中用健康教育护理的临床效果更显著,可以有效提高患者对该疾病的认知度和增强护理效果,是一种更加科学有效的护理方法,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective:To study the clinical effect and feasibility of health education in the nursing intervention of acute leukemia.Method:A total of 80 patients with acute leukemia admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected.The samples were divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.Among them,the patients in the control group used the conventional nursing method,while the patients in the observation group used the method of health education and nursing on the basis of the conventional nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate of nursing care in the observation group was 82.5%,higher than that in the control group(65.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mastery degree of health education knowledge in the observation group was 87.5%,higher than that in the control group(67.5%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.5%,higher than that in the control group(77.5%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of health education in the nursing process of patients with acute leukemia is more significant than that of routine nursing.It can effectively improve the patients’awareness of the disease and enhance the nursing effect.It is a more scientific and effective nursing method,which is worthy of our clinical application.
