摘要
目的 了解急性白血病患儿首次化疗期间其父母的真实感受,为制定个体化的护理措施提供理论和实践依据.方法 采用现象学研究方法,对16名首次化疗的急性白血病患儿父母进行半结构式访谈,并运用NVivo 10.0软件管理、发掘和查找文本数据,以Colaizzi现象学分析方法进行资料分析.结果 提炼得出3个主题：复杂的负性情绪、过重的经济负担、多元的需求.结论首次行化疗的急性白血病患儿父母需要更多关注,护理人员应采取个体化的护理措施,真正满足其需求,减轻其心理负荷,更好地配合患儿的后续治疗.
Objective To explore the real experience of parents of children with acute leukemia in children undergoing first chemotherapy so as to provide the theoretical and practical evidence for development of individualized nursing measures.Methods A total of 16 parents with acute leukemia in children undergoing first chemotherapy were investigated using half-structured interviews via phenomenological research methods. The NVivo10.0 software was used to manage, discover and seek data. The data were analyzed using Colaizzi phenomenological method.Results Three themes including complex negative emotions, excessive economic burden and multiply needs were extracted.Conclusions Parents with acute leukemia in children undergoing first chemotherapy need more attentions. Nurses should take individualized measures to really meet their needs and reduce psychological load so as to be better with follow-up treatment of children.
