摘要
目的进一步提高儿童专科医院多学科诊疗(multi-disciplinary team,MDT)能力,提升医疗服务质量以及疑难危重病的诊疗能力。方法我们借鉴国外儿童多学科诊疗模式,结合自身优势学科群和医院专科专病建设,通过设立4个MDT亚群29个项目,量化临床工作指标,制定了"3定4专"的管理方案,依托5个维度的长效管理考核机制,形成了一批MDT优质项目。结果通过3年的发展,本院已开设MDT门诊22个,累计门诊患者2986人次,出院患者4043人次,手术3364台,疑难危重病收治比例及好转治愈率显著增加。结论本院已形成有效的多学科诊疗模式,建立了规范的多学科协作诊疗流程,完善了患者管理体系,提升了疑难危重诊疗能力。
Objective To further improve the care of rare and undiagnosed diseases based on multidisciplinary team(MDT)in a children’s hospital.Methods Under the demand of subspecialty development,we established 4 MDT groups including 29 subgroups through learning the multidisciplinary model from world-renowned children’s hospitals and combining with our own dominant subject groups.After quantifying clinical indicators,formulating the special management plan of"3 fixed 4 special"and setting up assessment mechanisms in five-dimensions,many of MDT projects have been formed.Results In two years,22 MDT out-patient clinics have been opened and a total of 2986 out-patients,4043 hospitalized patients were treated,and 3364 surgical procedures were performed.The cure rate of patients with difficult and serious illnesses improved significantly,and the overall proportion of such patients in our hospital increased as well.Conclusion Through establishing the model of multidisciplinary care,streamlining the process of multidisciplinary collaboration and improving the patient management system,the hospital’s capability of diagnosis and treatment of critical and difficult diseases has been elevated significantly.
