摘要
目的:调查自闭症患儿家长的绝望感现状并分析其影响因素。方法:入组148例自闭症患儿家长,采用一般资料问卷,Beck绝望量表和家庭照顾者负担量表进行定量评估,并对引起患儿家长绝望感的原因进行分析。结果:自闭症患儿家长绝望的总均分为(6.24±4.42)分,其中轻度绝望者有50例(33.8%),中度绝望者有37例(25.0%),重度绝望者有8例(5.4%)。单因素分析结果显示,是否独生子女对患儿家长是否存在绝望情绪差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.560,P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,病程(r=0.436,P<0.01)、疾病家庭负担(r=0.728,P<0.01)与绝望感评分均呈显著正相关。结论:自闭症患儿家长普遍存在有绝望情绪,且处于中重度绝望家长占比较高。针对患儿病程较长、疾病家庭负担较重且患儿为独生子女的家长情绪反应,应格外关注。
Objective:To investigate the current situation of parents’sense of despair in children with autism and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 148 parents of autistic children were enrolled in the study.The general information questionnaire,Beck desperation scale and family caregiver burden scale were used for quantitative evaluation,and the causes of parents’desperation were analyzed.Results:The total average score of parents’despair of autistic children was(6.24±4.42),including 50 cases of mild despair(33.8%),37 cases of moderate despair(25.0%),and 8 cases of severe despair(5.4%).The results of single factor analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the parents of the only child and the parents of the children(χ^2=7.560,P<0.05).The correlation analysis showed that the course of disease(r=0.436,P<0.01),disease family burden(r=0.728,P<0.01)were significantly positively correlated with the sense of despair score.Conclusion:The parents of autistic children generally have desperation,and the proportion of parents who are in medium or severe desperation is relatively high.We should pay more attention to the parents’emotional response of children with long course of disease,heavy burden of disease family and only child.
