摘要
随着信息技术的不断发展,工业互联网平台为制造业的智能化发展提供了坚实的基础。对于典型非离散制造业的化工行业,其本身具有很强的多相性、非线性、非平衡、多尺度和多时空域等特性。这使得工业互联网平台在应用于化工行业时,必须考虑化工过程的复杂特性与多尺度下的互联机制。互联化工是工业互联网在化工行业应用中形成的全新的智能制造模式,它具有互联、综合、协同、智慧的特点,它充分利用信息化技术,提高化工企业的运营水平,保障化工过程全生命周期、多尺度耦合的安全生产。互联化工模式将进一步推动化工行业朝向更加高效、智慧、绿色、安全的发展。
With the constant development of information technology,the industrial Internet platform provides a solid foundation for the intelligent development of the manufacturing industry.As one of the typical non-discrete manufacturing industries,the chemical industry has the multi-phase,non-linear,non-equilibrium,multi-scale and multi-temporal-spatial domain characteristics.This makes it necessary to consider the complex characteristics of chemical processes and the multi-scale interconnection mechanism when applying the industrial Internet platform to the chemical industry.Interconnected chemical industry is a new intelligent manufacturing mode formed in the application of industrial Internet to the chemical industry.It is characterized by connectivity,integration,collaboration and intelligence.It makes full use of information technology to improve the operation level of chemical enterprises and ensure the whole life-cycle safe production for chemical processes using multi-scale coupling.The interconnected chemical industry mode will further promote the development of chemical industry in a more efficient,intelligent,green and safe manner.
