摘要
目的:探究重组人干扰素联合大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗重症手足口病(HFMD)合并病毒性脑炎患儿的临床效果。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年11月经笔者所在医院门诊收入住院部治疗的65例手足口病(HFMD)合并病毒性脑炎患儿,按患儿家长意愿分为对照组(32例,重组人干扰素组)和观察组(33例,重组人干扰素和大剂量丙种球蛋白组)。比较两组临床总疗效、全身症状消退时间和脑损害指标变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(96.97%)高于对照组(43.75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组全身疱疹、体温、口痛症状消退时间均短于对照组,NSE、S-100β蛋白均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重组人干扰素与大剂量丙种球蛋白联合在治疗重症HFMD伴病毒性脑炎时具有较好协同作用,能显著缩短患儿全身症状消退时间,缓解患儿脑损伤程度,提高患儿免疫功能。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Recombinant Human Interferon combined with high-dose of Gamma Globulin in treatment of children with HFMD and viral encephalitis.Method:Sixty-five children with HFMD combined with viral encephalitis were selected from April 2018 to November 2019 in the outpatient department of our hospital,and they were divided into the control group(32 cases,Recombinant Human Interferon group)and the observation group(33 cases,Recombinant Human Interferon and high-dose Gamma Globulin group)according to their parents’wishes.The total clinical efficacy,the time of symptom regression and the changes of brain damage index were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group(96.97%)was higher than that in the control group(43.75%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of systemic herpes,body temperature and stomatalgia in the observation group all subsided for a shorter time than those in the control group,the NSE and S-100βprotein in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Recombinant Human Interferon and high-dose Gamma Globulin has a good synergistic effect in treatment of severe HFMD with viral encephalitis.It can significantly shorten the time for the general symptoms to subside,alleviate the degree of brain injury,and improve the immune function of children.
