摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎尿毒症的临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年1月笔者所在医院收治的60例狼疮性肾炎尿毒症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组30例,对照组采用单纯西医治疗,观察组采用中西医结合治疗,对比两组效果。结果:两组间实验室相关指标比较,治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,观察组为6.7%,少于对照组的33.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗狼疮性肾炎尿毒症对患者肾功能指标改善作用显著,疗效确切,值得临床借鉴。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of the treatment of uremia in lupus nephritis with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Method:From January 2016 to January 2017,60 cases of uremic patients with lupus nephritis were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine alone,and the observation group was treated with combination of Chinese and western medicine,compared the effect of the two groups.Result:Comparison of laboratory diagnostic indicators between the two groups was not statistically different before treatment,and the observation group was better than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,which was higher than 70.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions,the observation group was 6.7%,lower than 33.3%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of lupus nephritis uremia has a significant effect on the improvement of renal function index,and the curative effect is accurate,which is worthy of clinical reference.
