摘要
目的:探讨系统性护理干预在不稳定型心绞痛患者中的应用效果及对其心理状态的影响。方法:选择2017年8月-2019年4月笔者所在医院收治的67例不稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(34例)与对照组(33例),对照组进行常规护理,研究组接受系统性护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组护理后SAS评分为(43.82±4.15)分,SDS评分为(40.41±3.68)分,均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后躯体疼痛评分为(22.01±1.47)分,社会功能评分为(21.39±2.62)分,健康状况评分为(20.63±2.34)分,情感职能评分为(23.08±1.04)分,护理总满意度为94.13%,均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统性护理干预应用于不稳定型心绞痛患者中可有效缓解其负性心理,改善其生活质量,且护理满意度高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of systemic nursing intervention on patients with unstable angina pectoris and its psychological status.Method:Sixty-seven patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to April 2019 were selected,and were randomly divided into the study group (34 patients) and the control group (33 patients).The control group received routine nursing care,the study group received systematic nursing intervention,the nursing effects of the two groups after the study were compared.Result:After nursing,the SAS score was (43.82±4.15) points,and the SDS score was (40.41±3.68) points in the study group,lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing,the body pain score in the study group was (22.01±1.47) points,the social function score was (21.39±2.62) points,the health status score was (20.63±2.34) points,the emotional function score was (23.08±1.04) points,and the overall nursing satisfaction was 94.13%,all were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The systematic nursing intervention can effectively alleviate negative psychology,improve their quality of life and have high satisfaction with nursing in patients with unstable angina pectoris.
