摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预对通心络胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及护理满意度的影响。方法:对不稳定型心绞痛患者80例予常规及通心络胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗,同时根据护理干预方法不同分为干预组和对照组各40例,对照组予以常规护理,干预组实施综合护理干预,比较2组患者治疗后的疗效及出院时的护理满意度。结果:总有效率干预组为90.00%,对照组为75.00%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组护理满意度达95.00%,对照组72.50%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对不稳定型心绞痛患者实施综合性护理干预,可显著提高临床治疗效果,增加患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective： To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on clinical effects of TongXinLuocapsule and trimetazidine in treating unstable angina pectoris（UAP） and nursing satisfaction degree. Methods： Eighty UAP patients were divided into the intervention group and the control group according to different nursing intervention methods, both groups received routine treatment,TongXinLuocapsule and trimetazidine, the control group accepted routine nursing intervention and the intervention group comprehensive nursing intervention, nursing satisfaction degree when the patients were discharged and clinical effects after treating in both groups were compared. Results： Total effective rate of the intervention group after treating was 90.00%, higher than 75.00% of the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）; nursing satisfaction degree of the intervention group was 95.00%, higher than 72.50% of the control group, the difference indicated statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing intervention given to UAP patients could evidently raise curative effects and the patients＇ satisfaction degree to nursing.
