摘要
代谢综合征(MS)作为高患病率的代谢性疾病,显著促进动脉粥样硬化性疾病、糖尿病等慢性病的发生发展,给社会医疗资源造成巨大经济负担。红外热成像技术灵敏、无创的全身性温度捕捉能力与MS早期仅有的功能性代谢异常特质相契合,在高效、方便地提高MS早期检出率、治疗率和控制达标率方面优势显著。结合中医脏腑-经络-皮部理论及数学方法支持的知识发现手段,可期找到优化的MS红外热图解读方法,以期实现MS早发现、早预防,是在"治未病"领域的有益尝试,可能启发中医对MS辨证的新思路。
Metabolic syndrome(MS),as a metabolic disease of high prevalence,significantly promotes the development of chronic diseases such as atherosclerotic diseases and diabetes,which is a serious health hazard in the long run.Nowadays MS has caused huge economic burden to social medical resources.Infrared thermal imaging shows the sensitive and noninvasive ability of temperature capture of the whole body,which fits well with the characteristic of functional metabolic abnormalities on the early stage of MS.The technique has a significant advantage in improving the early detection rate,treatment rate and control rate of MS.Combining the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory of zang-fu organs,meridians and cutaneous and the knowledge discovery method supported by mathematical theory,we may find an optimized interpretation method of MS infrared thermograph to realize the early detection and early prevention of MS,which will do good to the field of‘preventive treatment of diseases’.With the interpretation of the MS infrared thermograph combined with TCM and mathematics,thinking mode of MS syndrome differentiation may be further deeply understood and inspired.
