摘要
基于病因病机、诊治思路及选方经验等方面对高月平教授诊治月经过多进行阐述。高教授临证40载,结合自己多年临床经验,提出该病的病理基础是肾虚肝郁、瘀阻冲任。治疗上提出补肾疏肝是其基本治疗法则,周期循期论治是治疗本病的关键所在:经后期遏瘀、经前期化瘀、经期排瘀。临证时谨守病机,标本兼顾,取得较满意的治疗效果。
This article discusses the experience of professor GAO Yue-ping in diagnosing and treating menorrhagia from three aspects:the cause of the disease,the thought of treatment,and the experience of treatment.Professor GAO,who has been engaged in clinical work for 40 years,combining her own clinical experience,proposes that its pathology basis is kidney deficiency and stagnation of liver,blood stasis blocking thoroughfare and conception channels,and points out that the method of tonifying kidney and sooth liver could be considered as the basic way of treating menorrhagia,periodic staging treatment is the key to the disease:Prevent blood stasis in the post-menstruation period;Dissipate blood stasis in the pre-menstruation period;Discharge blood stasis in the menstrual period.Cautiously grasping pathogenesis,treating both manifestation and root cause,satisfactory results were obtained.
