摘要
国医大师薛伯寿教授认为伤寒学说开温病学说之先河,温病学说补伤寒学说之未备,二者相承相辅,应当互为补充。薛师强调治疗外感热病应融会贯通"伤寒""温病""温疫"学说,在临床实践中创制了特色有效方药宣透解毒饮。此方以寒温共融为立方之理论依据,针对外感热病邪气易闭表郁热的特点确立宣透解毒之治法,以小柴胡汤、栀子豉汤、银翘散、升降散合方加减而成。宣透解毒饮为融通寒温的学术理论提供了合方互补增效示范,拓宽了外感热病复杂重症的诊治思路,值得进一步深入研究以期能更好地运用于临床。
TCM master XUE Bo-shou puts forward the viewpoint that the theory of febrile disease lays the foundation for the theory of epidemic febrile disease,and the theory of epidemic febrile disease complements the theory of epidemic fever.Professor XUE emphasizes that the treatment theory of exogenous fever should be integrated with the theory of febrile fever,the theory of epidemic fever disease,and the theory of pestilence.Professor XUE’s empirical formula named Xuantou Jiedu Decoction is a effective prescription to exogenous fever.This recipe uses the cold and heat fusion as the theoretical basis,and establishes a treatment method for detoxification based on the characteristics of exogenous fever.Xuantou Jiedu Decoction is made by adding and subtracting of Xiaochaihu Decoction,Zhizichi Decoction,Yinqiao Powder,and Shengjiang Powder.Xuantou Jiedu Decocotion provides a demonstration of complementary and synergistic effects for the theory of harmonizing cold and heat,broadens the treatment of exogenous fever.Learning this theory and the treatment can be better applied to clinical practice for us.
