摘要
总结龙砂医家方仁渊对气机升降理论的运用特色,发现方氏重"天人相应",从五运六气角度宏观把握人身与天地气机相应之变,认为气机升降是阴阳五行变化的本质,临证擅长调理脏腑气机升降,尤重中焦,握枢而运。其于内科咳嗽、血证、腹痛等诸多病证中,善于从气机升降入手进行调治,其应用经验十分纯熟,具有借鉴意义。
The paper summarized the application characteristics of Longsha doctor FANG Ren-yuan on the theory of functional activities in qi,pointing out that he paid great attention to‘correspondence between human and universe’,and macroscopically grasped the corresponding changes of the human body and the universe from five movements and six climates.Besides he presented that functional activities in qi is the essence of the changes of the yin and yang and five elements.In clinical praxis,he was adept in recuperating functional activities of zang-fu viscera,holding the helm attached with middle jiao.It has significant reference that he masterly used the theory in cough,blood syndrome,abdominal pain and other internal diseases.
