摘要
目的:探讨温针灸联合甲氨蝶呤对风寒湿阻型类风湿关节炎患者的疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法:选择2018年1月—2019年5月接受诊治的类风湿关节炎患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合温针灸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后免疫功能、中医症候积分、视觉模拟(VAS)评分以及临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组的CD4^+和CD4^+/CD8^+均高于对照组,而CD8^+低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的中医症候积分和VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论:温针灸联合甲氨蝶呤能明显改善类风湿关节炎患者的临床症状,同时使患者的免疫功能得到恢复。
Objective:To investigate the effect of warm acupuncture combined with methotrexate on the efficacy and immune function of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Eighty patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were treated in hospital from January 20 to May 2019 were enrolled in the observation group and the control group according to the random number table.40 patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,and 40 patients were observed.The group was treated with warm acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The immune function,TCM symptom score,visual analogue scale(VAS) and clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment.Results:The CD4^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8^+ was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM scores and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period.Conclusion:Warm acupuncture combined with methotrexate can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,and at the same time restore the immune function of patients.
