摘要
目的探讨基于互联网信息平台的4DS教学模式在神经内科实习护生教学管理中的应用效果。方法84名实习护生分为研究组和对照组,各42名。对照组采用传统教学方法,研究组采用基于互联网信息平台的4DS教学法,带教老师借助信息平台协助实习护生确定实习目标、整理教学疑问、组建教学资料库,根据不同的需求设计教学方案及情景演练,引导护生设定周、月目标和拟定学习计划。比较2组理论、操作考核和病例分析成绩,评价护生实习满意度。结果研究组护生理论和操作考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。病例分析考核中,研究组护生评估与观察、沟通能力、评判性思维能力、解决问题能力维度的评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究组护生对教学内容、实习管理、实习环境、实习效果方面的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论4DS教学模式与互联网信息平台相结合,能有效提升神经内科实习带教的教学效果与实习护生满意度。
Objective To explore the application of 4 DS teaching method using internet-based information platform in clinical teaching of nursing students in the Neurology Department.Methods Totally eighty-four nursing students were divided into study group and control group,with 42 students in each group.The traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group.The 4 DS teaching method using internet-based information platform was carried out in the study group.Clinical teachers helped students to determine the goals,sort out problems and build teaching database.Clinical teachers also designed the teaching scheme and scenario simulation for students,as well as guiding students in goal setting and plan-making.Results Nursing students in the study group achieved higher scores of theoretical knowledge and practice skills compared with those in the control group(P<0.01).In case-analysis assessment,nursing students in the study group achieved higher scores of observation-evaluation,communication,critical thinking and problem-solving skills compared with those in the control group(P<0.01).The satisfaction scores with teaching content,internship management,internship environment and internship effect were higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The 4 DS teaching method using internet-based information platform is effective to improve the effect of clinical teaching and nursing students’satisfaction in the Neurology Department.
