摘要在某航空总部大厦装修工程施工中,利用BIM技术、物联网、移动互联网和人工智能等信息技术,结合先进的精益建造项目管理方法和装配式装修技术,形成以数字化设计、生产、装配及管理的数字化装配式装修施工新方法,实现了数字化建造方式的转型,达到了降本增效的效果。 In the decoration engineering construction of a building,using BIM technology,internet of things,mobile internet,artificial intelligence and other information technology,combined with advanced lean construction project management methods and assembly decoration technology,a new digital assembly decoration construction method based on digital design,production,assembly and management is formed,realizing the transformation of digital construction mode,achieving cost reduction and efficiency increase the effect.
