摘要
目的探讨基于案例的行为导向教学法在《基础护理学》课程教学中的应用效果。方法选取护理学专业2016级本科生182例为研究对象,分为对照组93例和观察组89例。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用基于案例的行为导向教学法。采用大学教师教学效果评价问卷(学生用)(SEEQ)进行教学效果评价,学期末评价2组学生理论知识和操作技能考核成绩。结果除功课量和难点维度外,观察组SEEQ问卷维度得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组学生的理论知识和操作技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于案例的行为导向教学法是提高教学效果的有效方法,能够促进学生理论知识和操作技能的提高。
Objective To evaluate the case-based behavior-oriented teaching method in teaching of Basic Nursing Science.Methods Totally 182 undergraduate nursing students were divided into the control group(n=93)and observation group(n=89).The traditional teaching method and the case-based behavior-oriented teaching method were adopted in the control group and observation group,respectively.The Students’Evaluations of Educational Quality(SEEQ)scale was used to evaluate the teaching efficacy.Assessment outcomes of theoretical knowledge and practical skills were compared between two groups at the end of the semester.Results Except for the factor of amount and difficulties of homework,factor scores of SEEQ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.01).Students in the observation group achieved higher assessment outcomes of theoretical knowledge and practical skills compared with those in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The case-based behavior-oriented teaching method is an effective tool to improve the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of undergraduate nursing students.
