摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在血液净化专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法81名血液净化室新入科护士及进修护士分为观察组46例和对照组35例。对照组采用常规专科培训,观察组基于临床护理路径制定培训计划并实施。培训结束后,对比2组理论知识及实践技能考核成绩,采用自制满意度量表调查护士对培训方法的满意度。结果观察组理论知识及实践技能考核成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士对对培训的满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于临床护理路径的培训模式能强化护士理论知识和实践技能,提高培训满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the training of specialist nurses in blood purification.Methods Totally 81 newly recruited nurses and nurses engaged in advanced education were divided into the observation group(n=46)and the control group(n=35).The control group received routine training method,and those in the observation group were given a training model based on clinical nursing pathway.The assessment scores of theoretical knowledge and practice skills were compared between two groups.A self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the nurses’satisfaction with training methods.Results Nurses in the observation group achieved better assessment outcomes of theoretical knowledge and practice skills compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The training model based on clinical nursing pathway is effective to improve the theoretical knowledge and practice skills of nurses engaged in the blood purification specialist training.
