摘要
目的:了解血液透析专科护士的职业认同状况并探讨其影响因素。方法:采用日本东京大学医学部护理系研制的"护士职业认同量表"中文版,对北京市16所医院210名血液透析专科护士进行调查。结果:护士职业认同7个维度平均得分为4.27~6.21分,其中组织影响感维度得分最低,自我效力感维度得分最高;不同年龄、工龄、学历、职称的护士之间在职业认同上得分差异有统计学意义。结论:血液透析专科护士职业认同处于中等或中等以上水平,其中,年龄大、工龄长、职称高的护士职业认同感较高。
Objective: To understand the status of professional identity of Hemodialysis Nurse and discuss its influential factors. Methods: The Chinese version of Professional Identity Scale for Nurses which was developed in Japan was applied to survey 210 hemodialysis nurses from 16 hospitals in Beijing. Results: The scores of 7 dimensions of professional identity ranged from 4.27 to 6.21 and there were significantly differences among scores from nurses with different age, working years, professional rank and educational levels. Conclusion: Professional identity of Hemodialysis Nurse is in the middle or above level. Hemodialysis Nurse who is older, seniority, with a higher professional rank has a higher professional identity.
