应用完全植入式静脉输液港患者的医护一体化管理 被引量:4

摘要 目的总结应用完全植入式静脉输液港(TIVAP)患者的医护一体化管理策略。方法回顾医护一体化管理模式下进行TIVAP植入术的236例患者的临床资料,分析围手术期并发症及远期并发症的发生情况。结果236例患者均成功植入TIVAP,无导管相关性感染、血栓、港体翻转等并发症的发生。结论医护一体化管理模式能够满足患者对TIVAP的需求,降低并发症的发生风险,提供延续性护理服务质量。 Objective To summarize the integrated management strategies of medical care and nursing for patients with placement of totally implantable venous access port(TIVAP).Methods This paper retrospectively analyzed the clinical data,perioperative and long-term complications of 236 patients who underwent TIVAP implantation under the integrated management of medical care and nursing.Results All 236 patients were successfully implanted with TIVAP.There was no catheter-related infection,thrombosis,port body turnover and other complications.Conclusion In the process of TIVAP implantation,the integrated management of medical care and nursing helps to meet the needs of patients,reduce the risk of catheter-related complications and improve the quality of extended nursing service.
