摘要
肝损伤是由药物、化学性、酒精、病毒性肝炎等多种因素导致的肝脏疾病,其持续恶化会发展为脂肪肝、肝纤维化、肝硬化、肝癌等恶性疾病。因此,寻找有效的保肝、抑制肝损伤的药物受到广泛关注。广西地区世居汉族、壮族、瑶族、苗族等多个民族,有着丰富的民族医药理论,尤其是壮族和瑶族有着完备的医药理论体系,对肝脏疾病有着独特治疗方法,现将广西地区少数民族常用的护肝药物进行综述,对其有效化学成分进行总结分析,以期为指导临床用药及推广民族医药起到积极作用。
Liver injury is a kind of liver disease caused by drugs,chemistry,alcohol,viral hepatitis,and so on.Its continuous deterioration will develop into fatty liver,liver fibrosis,liver cirrhosis,liver cancer and other malignant diseases.Therefore,searching for effective liver protection,inhibition of liver injury drugs has received widespread attention.Guangxi is inhabited by many nationalities,such as Han,Zhuang,Yao,Miao and other ethnic groups.Guangxi has rich national medical theories,especially the Zhuang and Yao ethnic groups have a complete medical theory system,and has a unique treatment for liver diseases.In this paper,the commonly used drugs for protecting liver in Guangxi were summarized,and the effective chemical constituents were summarized and analyzed.In order to guide the clinical use of drugs and promote ethnic medicine play a positive role in the future.
