摘要
特发性膜性肾病是成人原发性肾病综合征的常见病理类型之一,以大量蛋白尿、水肿、低蛋白血症、高脂血症为主要临床表现。本病的病理机制复杂,治疗颇为棘手,目前现代医学尚不能取得满意的疗效。陈志强教授提倡运用中医中药辨证治疗,认为本病以先后天脾肾亏虚为本,瘀血阻络、湿浊中阻为标,综合运用温肾健脾、利湿通络等方法,标本兼治,在临床上收到了良好的疗效。
Idiopathic membranous nephropathy is one of the common pathological types of adult primary nephrotic syndrome.Its main clinical manifestations are massive proteinuria,edema,hypoproteinemia and hyperlipidemia.The pathogenesis of idiopathic membranous nephropathy is complex and its treatment is rather difficult.At present,modern medicine cannot achieve satisfactory results.Professor CHEN Zhi-qiang advocated the dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.He believed that the disease was based on congenital kidney deficiency and acquired spleen deficiency,with blood stasis and damp turbid internal obstruction.The methods of warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen,promoting the circulation of collaterals and removing dampness were used in combination,which achieved good clinical effect.
