摘要
局灶节段性肾小球硬化症(FSGS)为临床难治病,目前西医尚缺乏成熟治疗方案。文章主要总结了杜金行教授治疗本病经验,强调以气血水辨证为纲、结合脏腑辨证为目;治疗以益气(温阳)行水活血为主,以参芪五苓散、参芪猪苓汤为主方,结合临床主症表现和疾病程度调整用药层次;依据疾病不同阶段灵活调整中西药的合用,并举验案佐证。
Primary focal segmental glomerulosclerosis(FSGS)is difficult to treat in clinic.At present,there is no mature treatment plan in western medicine.This paper mainly summarizes professor DU Jin-hang’s experience in the treatment of this disease,emphasizing the syndrome differentiation of qi,blood and water as the key point,combined with the syndrome differentiation of Zang and Fu organs as the objective;the treatment is mainly based on nourishing qi(warm yang),promoting water and blood circulation,Shenqi Wuling Powder,Shenqi Zhuling Decoction as the main formula,combined with the clinical manifestations and disease degree to adjust the medication level;flexibly adjust the combination of Chinese and western medicine according to different stages of the disease,and a clinical case was provided for evidence.
