摘要
目的:观察中药复方肾苏Ⅲ对局灶性节段性肾小球硬化(focal segmental glomerulosclerosis,FSGS)大鼠尿白蛋白、血浆白蛋白的影响,初步探讨其防治作用及可能的机制。方法:阿霉素尾静脉注射复制大鼠FSGS模型,按体质量分层随机分为模型组、贝那普利组和肾苏Ⅲ组,肾苏Ⅲ组及贝那普利组自造模第9周末,予灌服肾苏Ⅲ或盐酸贝那普利混悬液,对照组与模型组灌服生理盐水,共进行12周,12周后观察大鼠24小时尿蛋白及血浆白蛋白的水平。结果:12周治疗后,肾苏Ⅲ组、贝那普利组与模型组比较,24小时尿蛋白定量明显减少,血浆白蛋白水平明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾苏Ⅲ可降低FSGS大鼠尿蛋白水平,升高血浆白蛋白,延缓肾功能恶化,其作用机制可能是改善肾小球毛细血管通透性,减少白蛋白的渗出,减轻对肾脏基底膜的损害,从而起到保护肾脏功能,延缓其恶化的进程。
Objective ：To observe the method of Xintong and Smoothing the Meridian Chinese herbal compound Fufang Shensu III on the urine protein and plasma albumin of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis focal segmental forming（FSGS） rats, and preliminary to study its preventive and therapeutic effect and possible mechanism. Methods ： Intravenous injection of adriamycin replication rat model of FSGS, according to body weight were randomly divided into model group, benazepril group and Shensu IU group, giving gavage Shensu III or benazepril hydrochloride mixed suspension for Shensu III group and benazepril group self - made mold 9 weekend. The control group and model group were administered with normal saline for 12 weeks ,24 hours urine protein and plasma albumin level of rats were observed after 12 weeks. Results： After 12 weeks of treatment, Shensu III group and benazepril group compared with model group showed that 24 hour urinary protein decreased significantly, plasma albumin levels were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Shensu III can reduce urinary protein level of FSGS rats, increase plasma albumin, delay the deterioration of renal function and its mechanism of action may improve glomerular capillary permeability,reduce leakage of protein half, reduce the damage of kidney basement membrane, so as to protect the kidney function, delay the deterioration process.
