摘要
中医外科学将疮疡分为阳证、半阴半阳证、阴证,临证中纯粹的阴证、阳证易辨但不常见,而半阴半阳证难辨、资料少却常有,使临床医生常不能领悟其真谛而不能灵活运用中药于临床。笔者通过分析古医籍中半阴半阳证最具代表的方剂冲和膏的组方、治疗、加减运用等规律探讨中医外科学中半阴半阳证的本质,为临床灵活用药提供思路。
Surgery of traditional Chinese medicine divides skin and external diseases into yang syndrome,half-yin and half-yang syndrome,and yin syndrome.In the clinical syndrome,pure yin and pure yang syndrome are easy to be distinguished but not common,while semi-yin and semi-yang syndrome are difficult to be distinguished and there are few data,which makes clinicians often fail to understand its essence and flexibly apply traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice.The author,discuss the essence of the half-yin and half-yang syndrome in the surgery of traditional Chinese medicine by analyzing the most representative of the half-yin and half-yang syndrome in ancient medical books,such as the formulation,treatment,addition and reduction of prescription Chonghe Paste,and so on,so as to provide ideas for clinical flexible drug use.
